REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At our brand, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and hygiene. Due to the sensitive nature of skincare products, all purchases are considered final and we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

We will gladly assist in the rare case that your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photo or video evidence. Items must remain unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.

Please note that we do not offer refunds or returns for reasons including, but not limited to, change of mind, individual skin sensitivities, or improper use of the product.

Approved claims will be resolved through a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
